Return Process

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective layers are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
